Theses 'Special web offers', discount treatment prices are available for purchase at a discount to the normal RRP Shine Beauty treatment pricing as displayed in all Shine Beauty salons and are for online pre-purchase only. Please note, the 'special web offers' are discount price offers that Shine Beauty review and update on a regular basis at shinebeauty.com, therefore prices may fluctuate each hour and each time you visit this web page.

1.2 Therapists: Beauty Therapist selections cannot be guaranteed, however we will endeavour to fulfil your request.

1.3 Appointment: As a result of unforeseen circumstances, Shine Beauty reserves the right to re-schedule, refund or modify this booking.

1.4 Rescheduling: All 'special web offers' online purchases can be rescheduled, however you must contact the salon you have booked, prior to 24 hours before your appointment and we will be able to reschedule you to a later week, for the same salon, same appointment time and same weekday of your original purchase - this service is FREE of charge. Alternatively, if you wish to reschedule a 'special web offer' purchase to a different salon, different appointment time or different weekday you must contact the salon you have booked, prior to 24 hours before your appointment and you will be required to pay in advance, by credit card, the difference between your pre-purchase 'special web offer' purchase price and the normal full recommended retail price, as displayed online in our 'service menu'.

1.5 Payment: 'Special web offers' are available for purchase only via online credit card. They cannot be requested for purchase or use with a previously purchased Shine Beauty gift voucher. 'Special web offers' cannot be requested for use and paid for in conjunction with any other Shine Beauty discount voucher, postcard promotion, advertisement special offer or other discount Shine Beauty promotional offer.

2. Gift Vouchers

2.1 Valid: For 12 months from the issue date.

2.2 Key conditions of use: Treat all gift vouchers purchased, like cash. Please ensure that you keep all purchased gift vouchers in a safe place, lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. This voucher will expire one year from the issue date. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this voucher will not be credited or refunded. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other Shine Beauty discount voucher, discount promotional marketing offer, Shine special promotion or with another previously purchased Shine Beauty gift voucher.

3.4 Delivery: Shine online Product Orders are normally delivered within 7-10 days with Australia POST.

4. Spray Tan Promotion

4.1 Spray Tan promotion: This feature discount treatment offer is available for purchase at a discount to the normal RRP Shine Beauty treatment pricing as displayed in all Shine Beauty salons.

4.2 Payment: This promotion can be pre-purchase at shinebeauty.com via credit card. In addition, it can also be purchased in store or pre-booked by phone. While stocks/inventory lasts. This feature offer is available for purchase in store on the day of your appointment via eftpos, cash or credit card purchase. This feature promotion also can be purchased in store with a valid Shine Beauty gift voucher. It cannot be purchased with a Shine Beauty gift voucher online. This offer cannot be requested for purchase or used in conjunction with any other Shine Beauty discount voucher, postcard promotion, advertisement special offer or other discount Shine Beauty promotional offer.

4.3 Valid: This feature promotion is available in all Shine Beauty salons whilst on display in store, any trading day and normal trading time, 20/1/2012 to 29/2/2012.

4.6 Rescheduling: All online purchases of this promotion, can be rescheduled, however you must contact the salon you have booked, prior to 24 hours before your appointment and we will be able to reschedule you to an alternative time, at the same Shine Beauty salon - this service is FREE of charge. Alternatively, if you wish to reschedule an online purchase to a different salon, you must contact the salon you have booked, prior to 24 hours before your appointment and you will be required to pay in advance a 'late re-scheduling service fee' by credit card, the fee is the difference between your pre-purchase price and the normal full recommended retail price, as displayed in our in store 'service menu'.

5. Deep Cleanse Facial Promotion

5.1 Valid: This feature promotion is available in all Shine Beauty salons whilst on display in store, any trading day and normal trading time, 23/2/2012 to 31/3/2012.
